If only...

Someone here is really ready for summer. We had a wonderful weather tease yesterday with 65 degrees and a joy filled trip to the park. Cooper was in heaven running around, climbing, sliding, swinging. Today when I brought him home from the babysitter's he insisted on going outside to play in his sandbox. Since it wasn't super cold I couldn't say no. Watching him play so happily in the sand made me wish summer was much closer than it actually is.

Today Cooper is 3. It is simultaneously difficult to believe he is already 3 and also that he hasn't been here forever. We've had a great time celebrating over the past few days.
